Online Booking serves as an APPOINTMENT REQUEST. 

Our office will review your request and, if approved, send an APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION to the email address you provided.

CC PAYMENT & SECURITY NOTICE

A credit card on file is required to book & hold your 1-Hour appointment with a Licensed Therapist, but you will not be required to pay until your arrival and may use whatever payment method you desire. Credit card information is saved on a secure HIPAA compliant merchant processing server and is not viewable by any office personnel.  

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

eMDe Cares reserves the right to charge the credit card provided up to the FULL amount of the Colonic session ($135) if you NO SHOW without notifying our office of cancellation at least 24-hours before your appointment.  We greatly appreciate your understanding that Therapists & Staff are deeply committed to serving your needs at the designated time but may suffer avoidable financial loss when appointments are not kept.
